Aldi Wage Increase 2024 Dates. Pay rates rise further to £12.30 nationally and £13.15 within the m25 based on length of service. As of 1 june 2024, the minimum hourly entry level rate for aldi store workers rises from £12 to £12.40 nationally.

Starting pay for store assistants will increase to £11 per hour nationally and £12.45 for those living in the greater london area from 1 january 2023. Pay for store assistants and deputy store managers outside london will rise to £12.40.
